3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Promotional offers are valid only for the specified promotional period.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
We reserve the right to:
Accept or decline any order.
Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons.
Limit the quantity of products purchased per customer.
If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed using the original payment method.

6. Delivery
We currently deliver to selected locations across the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and selected areas of Abu Dhabi.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
7. Fresh Product Policy
Our products are fresh and perishable and should be refrigerated immediately after delivery.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fresh food products, returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered.
However, if a product is:
Damaged during delivery
Incorrect
Defective
Expired
Of unsatisfactory quality
Please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Where a claim is approved, we may offer:
A replacement product
Store credit
A full or partial refund
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on your payment provider.
